The best bachelorette weekends in California do not stay in one city. Los Angeles gives you the Saturday night energy — dinner in West Hollywood, drinks in a downtown penthouse, a private performance to cap the night. Palm Springs gives you the Sunday recovery — pool day at a mid-century modern rental, sunset cocktails, a chill afternoon show poolside before dinner. HeatLine VIP offers a bundled two-city package designed specifically for weekends that move between LA and Palm Springs, with a single point of contact, a single deposit, and a bundled rate that saves against booking each city separately.
The Package At A Glance
Our standard LA + Palm Springs weekend package includes:
- Los Angeles show, Saturday night — solo, duo, or trio performance at your LA venue (rental home, hotel suite, or Airbnb).
- Palm Springs show, Sunday afternoon or evening — solo, duo, or trio performance at your Palm Springs rental.
- Single point of coordination — one booking manager handles both cities and both nights.
- Bundled travel pricing — no separate Palm Springs travel surcharge when booked as part of the weekend package.
- Guaranteed availability — the roster is confirmed for both nights when you book, not day-of.
Package Pricing
Multi-city weekend pricing per package tier:
- Solo weekend (LA + PS): $475 total — one performer Saturday in LA, one performer Sunday in PS. Individual bookings would total $520+ with Palm Springs travel fees.
- Duo weekend (LA + PS): $850 total — two performers each night. Saves approximately $75 vs booking separately.
- Trio weekend (LA + PS): $1,150 total — three performers each night. Saves approximately $100 vs booking separately.
- Mix and match: Trio Saturday in LA + solo Sunday in PS = $775. Any combination available.
Deposit for the bundled package: 50 percent at booking, balance paid in cash at each event. See our deposit policy guide for full terms.
Why LA + Palm Springs Works So Well
The Geography Just Works
LA to Palm Springs is a 2-hour drive on I-10 East. This is close enough that your bachelorette group can pull off a Saturday-in-LA, Sunday-in-PS itinerary without anyone burning out on the road. Most groups drive out Sunday morning after a slow LA brunch and arrive at their Palm Springs rental by 1 PM, in time to unpack, hit the pool, and be ready for a 4 or 5 PM show.
The Two Cities Complement Each Other
LA on Saturday is nightlife energy: dressing up, going out, ending the night with a private show at 10 or 11 PM. Palm Springs on Sunday is chill mode: swimsuits by the pool, mid-afternoon cocktails, an early evening show while the sun sets over the mountains. Two completely different vibes, one continuous weekend.
Both Cities Have Great Rental Inventory
LA has strong Airbnb and short-term rental options in West Hollywood, Silver Lake, Venice, and the Hollywood Hills. Palm Springs is arguably the best Airbnb city in California — huge inventory of mid-century modern homes with private pools, gates, and enough space that neighbors are a non-issue. Both cities make it easy to host private entertainment. For Airbnb-specific rules see our Airbnb booking guide.

Per-Night Breakdown
Los Angeles Night
Standard LA show timing runs 8 PM to 11 PM. Groups typically eat dinner first, get the party going at the rental with music and cocktails, and the performer arrives between 9 and 10 PM. Show length: 30 minutes for solo, 45 minutes for duo, 60 minutes for trio. Total time from arrival to departure: approximately 90 minutes.
LA rentals we recommend for hosting: houses in the Hollywood Hills, whole-home rentals in Silver Lake, larger Airbnbs in Venice and Marina del Rey. For more, see our Los Angeles booking page.
Palm Springs Day/Night
Palm Springs shows can run afternoon or evening. Afternoon shows work best in the 4 to 6 PM window when the pool deck is still bright but the sun is not brutal. Evening shows in Palm Springs typically start earlier than LA (7 to 8 PM) because most groups are winding down from a full pool day. Show length matches LA timing.
Palm Springs venues are almost always private pool homes. Detached, gated, plenty of privacy. For area-specific booking details, see our Palm Springs page.
Travel Logistics
Performer Travel Between Cities
For the bundled package, you have two options:
- Same performer both nights: The performer travels with you (or on their own) between cities. Available for solo bookings, less common for duo/trio. Adds continuity — the group already knows the performer from Saturday night.
- Different performers each city: LA performer Saturday, Palm Springs performer Sunday. This is the default. Both are drawn from our full roster.
Both options are priced the same in the bundled package.
Group Travel Between Cities
Options for getting your group from LA to Palm Springs:
- Rental cars or SUVs — most flexible, cheapest for groups under 6.
- Party bus or Sprinter van — best for groups of 8+, keeps the group together, allows drinking en route.
- Individual Ubers — expensive but simple for smaller groups.
Groups often book a party bus one-way to Palm Springs on Sunday morning, then rental cars for the return trip on Monday.
