Terms & Conditions — Heat Line VIP

Welcome to Heat Line VIP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing www.heatlinevip.com (the “Site”) and/or booking our entertainment services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

 

1) Services

We provide adult entertainment / performance services for private events in California. Services are offered for entertainment purposes only.

 

2) Age Requirement

By booking, you confirm you are 18+ (or legal adult age in your location) and that your venue/event complies with applicable laws and venue rules.

 

3) Booking & Confirmation

A booking is not confirmed until:

 

• the required deposit is received, and

• you receive written confirmation from our team (text/email).

 

We may request event details including date/time, address, city/county, event type, and number of performers.

 

4) Pricing & Show Duration

Pricing is per performer and may vary based on demand, date/time, location, and availability.

 

Show duration: Our standard show rate is the same for 30 or 60 minutes. The exact time delivered depends on the agreed performance format and event flow.

 

5) Deposits, Payments & Accepted Methods

Deposit required: A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to reserve your date/time, with a minimum deposit of $100.

 

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, credit/debit card, and cash.

 

Any remaining balance is due before or at arrival, as instructed by our team.

 

Chargebacks / Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after services are scheduled or delivered, we reserve the right to provide documentation to the payment processor (messages, call logs, location/time confirmations) and pursue amounts owed.

 

6) Travel Fees & Long-Distance Bookings

Bookings outside our standard service area may require a travel fee based on distance, time, and scheduling impact. Travel fees will be disclosed before confirmation.

 

If travel requires significant time, we may require:

 

• a higher deposit,

• payment of the travel fee in advance, and/or

• earlier balance payment.

 

7) Cancellations & Rescheduling (72 Hours)

Cancellations: You must cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time for rescheduling consideration. Deposits are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations within 72 hours of the event may be charged up to the full remaining balance, due to locked scheduling and travel commitments.

 

Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the event. Additional fees may apply (date/time changes, distance, peak demand).

 

8) Late Start, Waiting Time & Client Delays

If the event start is delayed due to client/venue issues (incorrect address, no access, guests not ready, security delays, etc.), performance time may be reduced to respect performer schedules.

 

Waiting time: If performers arrive on time and must wait beyond a reasonable period due to client delays, we may charge a waiting fee and/or shorten the show to stay on schedule unless an extension is approved and paid.

 

9) Venue Requirements, Access & Safety

You are responsible for ensuring:

 

• the venue allows adult entertainment,

• safe access and a respectful environment,

• correct address, gate codes, and parking instructions.

 

If performers are denied entry, cannot access the venue, or the environment is unsafe, the booking may be considered committed/initiated and no refund will be issued.

 

10) Conduct, Consent & Zero Tolerance

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe or disrespectful behavior. You agree:

 

• no harassment, threats, violence, or non-consensual contact,

• no actions that endanger performers or guests.

 

If safety is compromised, performers may end the show immediately with no refund and the remaining balance may still be due.

 

11) No Recording Policy

Unless explicitly approved in writing:

 

• Video recording is not permitted.

• Photos may be allowed at the performer’s discretion.

 

Unauthorized recording may result in immediate termination of services with no refund.

 

12) No Illegal Services

We do not provide illegal services. Any request involving illegal activity results in immediate cancellation with no refund.

 

13) Performer Availability & Substitutions

We do not guarantee a specific performer unless explicitly confirmed. If a performer becomes unavailable due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer:

 

• a replacement performer,

• rescheduling, or

• a refund of amounts specifically paid for that performer (as applicable).

 

14) Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Events

We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, major traffic incidents, power outages, venue shutdowns, law enforcement activity at the venue, or other emergencies.

 

In such cases, we may offer rescheduling when possible. Deposits remain non-refundable because scheduling and travel time are reserved.

 

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Heat Line VIP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or services.

 

16) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by or licensed to Heat Line VIP and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

 

17) Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction (California)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by law.

 

19) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with the “Last Updated” date.
