Step 1 — Pick your city and date
We cover Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Riverside, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, and Las Vegas. If your bachelorette moves across two cities on the same weekend, we have a multi-city package that keeps the same team on both nights. Weekend Saturdays in LA and Vegas fill the fastest — book 2 to 3 weeks out when you can, and texting (213) 726-4627 is the fastest way to lock a date.
Step 2 — Choose your package
Three show tiers cover 90% of what we book: $200 solo for 30 minutes, $375 duo for 30 minutes, $525 trio for 45 minutes. Extended tiers (40 to 75 minutes) are available for larger groups or longer celebrations. The pricing page shows every tier side by side. If the group wants to add a party bus, a private bartender, or any of the add-ons, pick those at the same time so the quote is complete.
Step 3 — Book with a 50% deposit
A 50% deposit locks the date, the performer, and the arrival window. The balance is paid in cash to the performer on arrival the night of the event. The deposit covers Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, or cash — whatever the maid of honor prefers. See the deposit policy page for the full detail. Nothing is charged until you confirm — the coordinator sends the invoice first and you review before paying.
Step 4 — Confirmation and reminder
Immediately after the deposit you get a written confirmation with the performer, the arrival window, the tier, the costume theme, and the coordinator's direct line. The day before the event the coordinator sends a reminder with the exact arrival time, the parking plan, and a last chance to swap costumes or adjust the surprise moment. If you added a bartender from La Barra Co., the shopping list arrives the same week.
Step 5 — The show (ID check, discretion)
On the night, the performer texts a 20-minute arrival window, parks discreetly (unmarked vehicle, no agency branding), and walks in in plain clothes carrying a normal bag. He meets the maid of honor at the door, confirms the group is 21+ with ID — this is firm and never skipped — and changes privately. The show runs the booked length with music, choreography, and a tasteful interaction with the bride or guest of honor. Photos are allowed with his permission. The performer leaves the room back in plain clothes so the arrival is quiet both ways.
Step 6 — Post-event follow-up
Two days after the event the coordinator sends a short follow-up text — nothing automated, a real message. It covers how the night went, how the surprise landed, and (if the group is up for it) a request for a review on Google or on our reviews page. We use the feedback to keep the service tight; every rough spot gets addressed with the performer or the coordinator who ran the booking.
What makes us different
- Bilingual EN/ES. The coordinator handles the whole night in Spanish if the maid of honor prefers. No competitor in Southern California does this with 45 pages of real Spanish content and native coordinators.
- 21+ enforced with ID. It is in every single page we publish because it is in every single booking we take. Protects the host, the venue, and the group's deposit.
- Owned sister bar service. La Barra Co. is ours, not subcontracted. Entertainment + bar on one invoice is only real when the agency owns the bar.
- Insurance and professional standards. General liability on the entertainment side; La Barra Co. carries its own policy on the bar side. Both can produce certificates of insurance for venues that require them.
- Flat quotes in writing before the deposit. No surprise end-of-night fees, no "travel" line that appears on the receipt. The quote you see is the invoice you pay.
- 4.9/5 across 287+ reviews. Verified, dated, with real names where guests consented to them.
Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly do you respond to a first text?
Within minutes during business hours (10 AM to 2 AM every day), usually under five. If you text at 3 AM, you will have a reply by the next morning. The response includes availability, a flat quote in writing, and the next step to lock the date.
What is the deposit and what is the balance?
A 50% deposit locks the date and the performer. The remaining 50% is paid in cash to the performer on arrival the night of the event. We do not take the whole payment up front, and we do not run tabs. See the deposit policy page for the full detail.
What exactly happens the night of the event?
The maid of honor and the coordinator confirm by text the day before. The night of, the performer texts a 20-minute arrival window, parks on the street or at valet, walks in in plain clothes carrying a normal bag, meets the maid of honor, changes privately, and performs the surprise. Afterwards there are photos (with permission) and a tasteful wrap. The whole visit is 45 to 75 minutes depending on tier.
What makes Heatline VIP different from other agencies?
Three things that matter day-to-day: a bilingual EN/ES coordinator, enforced 21+ ID at the door (which other agencies skip), and we own the sister bar service (La Barra Co.), so entertainment + bar is one booking instead of two subcontracted ones. The reviews — 4.9 across 287 verified — reflect the standard, not the pitch.
