1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services with HeatLine VIP, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all bookings made via phone, text, website form, or any other communication channel.

2. Services

HeatLine VIP provides male entertainment services for private events, parties, and celebrations throughout Southern California. Our services include solo performances, duo shows, trio experiences, and private hourly entertainment. All services are for adults aged 18 and older. Entertainment is for lawful purposes only and must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

3. Booking & Payment

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless HeatLine VIP cancels the booking. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and Apple Pay. Prices are as listed on our pricing page and may be subject to change without notice. Bookings are confirmed only after payment of the required deposit.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled event will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may forfeit the deposit. No-shows will not be refunded. HeatLine VIP reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time, in which case a full refund will be issued. Rescheduling is subject to performer availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a safe and suitable venue for the performance. All attendees must be at least 18 years of age. Clients are responsible for ensuring their event complies with venue rules and local regulations. Physical contact with performers is at the performer's discretion. Any aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward our performers will result in immediate termination of the performance without refund.

6. Photography & Media

Photography and video recording during performances is permitted for personal use only unless otherwise agreed. Content may not be distributed commercially or posted publicly without written consent from both HeatLine VIP and the performer. HeatLine VIP reserves the right to use anonymized event photos for marketing purposes with client consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

HeatLine VIP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question. We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur at the client's venue.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All booking information is kept confidential. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information.

9. Changes to Terms

HeatLine VIP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
