Pride Afterparties

Pride weekend in West Hollywood is the biggest booking window on our calendar. Groups host afterparties at rooftop hotels, private residences in the Hollywood Hills, and rented pool houses. Performers arrive between 9 PM and 2 AM depending on the group's schedule.

Gay Weddings and Wedding Weekends

A full gay-wedding weekend often includes a rehearsal dinner Friday, ceremony Saturday, and a private post-ceremony celebration Saturday night or Sunday brunch. Male entertainers slot into the private celebration — typically after formal photos are done.

LGBTQ+ Birthdays and Milestone Celebrations

30th, 40th, and 50th birthdays for gay men are common bookings. Often smaller groups of 4–10, hosted at a private home with a curated guest list.

The Andaz, Mondrian, and 1 Hotel West Hollywood all have suites that host private shows well. Suites over 800 sq ft comfortably fit a group of 10–15 for a solo or duo performance.

Many gay bachelor parties rent large houses in the Hills — pool, view, privacy. These are ideal for trio shows or extended butler service.

Pride Weekend Specifics

During Pride weekend (typically early June), book performers at least 4 weeks in advance. Prices don't change but availability tightens. Same-day is often impossible on Pride Saturday.

For 6–15 person groups, the solo package is the most-booked. One 30–40 minute show, full choreography, interactive segment with the guest of honor.

Trio ($525) — Full Production

Butler Service ($200/hr)

A Real WeHo Bachelor Weekend

Last October we worked a bachelor weekend for a group of eleven who flew in from Chicago. The couple was getting married Sunday at a private estate in Malibu; the bachelor group had the whole Friday and Saturday for the "last hurrah." Their maid-of-honor equivalent (the bachelor's best friend) reached out three weeks ahead.

Friday: brunch at Cecconi's, pool at their Airbnb in Laurel Canyon, and a butler at 6 PM for the cocktail hour — three hours of hosting, drink service, photo moments. Everyone loosened up, the bachelor cried a little, they went to The Abbey afterwards. Saturday: dinner at Craig's, back to the house at 10 PM, and a duo show featuring a firefighter and a police officer, choreographed together. The show ran 40 minutes, the bachelor was in tears again (the good kind), and they went to Rage until 2 AM.

Discretion, Safety, and the Details That Matter

Closeted Guests

Some groups include guests who aren't fully out publicly. We treat every booking as confidential. Performers don't post about specific gigs, don't use identifiable photos, and follow the same photo-consent rules we apply to bachelorettes.

Venue Access

Provide the address, gate code, unit number, and any doorman/concierge name at booking. Hotels sometimes require adding the performer's name to the guest list — we handle that if you tell us at booking.

Group Consent

Same rule as any private show: the group should know a performer is coming. Even if the guest of honor is a surprise recipient, the rest of the guests should be able to opt out gracefully.

Payment

Deposit at booking, balance in cash on arrival or Venmo on arrival. Tipping is customary and appreciated but never required.

Thursday night or Sunday afternoon shows during Pride weekend are easier to book than Friday/Saturday 9 PM slots.

Bundle Butler + Show

For long Pride events, bundling a butler for the cocktail hour with the main show is smoother than trying to add a second booking last-minute.

Have a Backup Venue

If your primary venue is a rooftop pool during Pride, have a backup indoor room in case of crowd or noise complaints.
