The only agency in Southern California that owns the bar service too. La Barra Co. — our sister company — pours the cocktails, our entertainer handles the surprise moment. One coordinator, one deposit, one invoice. 21+ with ID at the door.

The one thing no other agency can match
Every other bachelorette entertainment agency in Southern California subcontracts the bar when a group asks for it. They call a bartender they do not control, mark the service up, and hope nothing goes wrong — and when something does, you are stuck between two companies pointing at each other. We built this differently. La Barra Co. is our own company. Same owners, same staff, same coordinator. When you book entertainment and a private bartender together through Heatline VIP, you are booking one team, not two vendors stapled onto one email.
That matters most on the night itself. If the bus is late, the bartender knows. If the bride is running behind, the entertainer knows. If a guest has an allergy, the shopping list already accounted for it. One phone number is the whole difference between a good bachelorette and a smooth one.
Why book entertainment and a bar together
- One coordinator. You text one person for the full night: the bar arrival window, the entertainer window, the shopping list, the cleanup time. No "let me check with the bartender."
- One deposit, one invoice. Clean paperwork for the maid of honor who is already collecting Venmos from the group.
- Timed as a sequence. The bartender builds the room, the entertainer makes the moment, the bartender holds it after. That is a choreographed night, not two services crossing paths.
- Lower combined price. Bundling the two services pulls out one layer of markup. The exact savings depend on package size — your quote shows both services broken out.
- RBS certified, insured, legal. Both services are compliant with California private-event rules. Nothing about the night exposes the host.
La Barra Co. — our sister bar service
La Barra Co. is the mobile bar service we own and run alongside Heatline VIP. It is dry hire, which is how California private-event bar service works legally: the host provides the alcohol (we send a shopping list the week of the event), and La Barra Co. brings everything else — bar structure, tools, ice, garnishes, glassware upgrades, and the certified bartenders who make it all run. The business is RBS certified, insured, and based in Los Angeles with coverage across the SoCal corridor.
Because we own both companies, the entertainment and bar sides of your night are not two separate quotes with two separate windows. They are one booking. That is the pitch, and it is the only version of it that is true in this market.
Bar packages (La Barra Co.)
Three tiers cover almost every bachelorette we book. Each tier combines cleanly with any entertainment package — solo, duo, or trio show.
See the full bar menu structure on the La Barra Co. website. For the entertainment side, see our Heatline VIP pricing page.

How booking both together works
- You text or call. Share the date, address, group size, and vibe (daytime, mellow night, full party night).
- Flat quote in writing. We send one quote with the bar package and the show package broken out, plus the combo discount applied.
- 50% deposit locks the date. One payment, one invoice.
- Shopping list arrives by email. La Barra Co. sends the alcohol and mixer list roughly a week before the event.
- Night of. Bartender arrives first and sets up. Entertainer arrives at the agreed surprise window. Bartender holds the energy after the show. Balance paid in cash on arrival.
- Cleanup. La Barra Co. breaks down the bar, boxes up anything left, and leaves the room the way you found it.
Where this works
Private residences, Airbnbs, hotel suites that accept outside bar service, event lofts in DTLA and the Arts District, Pelican Hill and Montage suites in OC, Gaslamp Airbnbs in San Diego. We do not operate in public venues or on public beaches — California permit rules apply, and the host liability does not match a private-event setup.
Note on reciprocal linking: La Barra Co. maintains a reciprocal entertainment partnership page that links back to Heatline VIP. The two sites coordinate on this and update together — if the La Barra Co. side is behind, the coordinator will share the status.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide the alcohol or do we?
We do not sell or supply alcohol. La Barra Co. operates as a dry-hire bar service — the host provides the alcohol and the mixers from the shopping list we send after booking, and our bartender brings the professional bar setup (shaker, ice tools, speed pour, garnish board, portable bar, glassware upgrades on request). It is the legal structure that lets us operate at private homes and Airbnbs in California.
How does one coordinator for both services actually work?
You text or call one number — ours — with your date, address, group size, and vibe. One of our coordinators owns the whole booking from start to finish: the entertainer, the bartender, the shopping list, the ice drop, the arrival window. One deposit, one invoice. Competitors subcontract the bar; we own the bar, so there is no second company to chase if something changes.
What bartender packages are available?
La Barra Co.'s core bachelorette tiers are $695 for a two-hour service with one bartender and the standard setup, $1,495 for a four-hour service with a mobile bar and signature cocktail menu, and $2,795 for a six-hour premium service with two bartenders and a full custom menu. Each tier combines cleanly with any of our entertainment packages — solo, duo, or trio show.
Can the bartender arrive before the entertainer?
Yes, and that is the recommended order. The bartender shows up 30 to 45 minutes before guests, builds the bar, pours welcome cocktails, and controls the energy as the group settles in. The entertainer arrives at the planned surprise moment with the bar already working. The bartender stays after the show to keep the night going.
Does La Barra Co. have insurance and certified staff?
Yes. Every La Barra Co. bartender is RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certified under California law and the company carries general liability insurance that most Los Angeles and Orange County venues require. We can send the Certificate of Insurance to the venue directly if the booking requires it.
