How to use this page
If you already have a show booked (or are about to), these are the pieces most groups add. Pick the ones you want, text us the list, and we send one updated quote. Everything on this page is coordinated by the same person who runs your entertainment booking — no second company, no second deposit.
Private bartender
The highest-impact add-on and the one no other agency in SoCal can match on their own staff. Our sister company La Barra Co. provides RBS-certified bartenders, mobile bar setup, and bachelorette cocktail menus — see the full breakdown on the bartender page. Three tiers: $695 for 2 hours, $1,495 for 4 hours with a signature menu, $2,795 for 6 hours with two bartenders.
Party bus
A chartered bus moves the group between the hotel, dinner, the surprise moment, and the final venue without an Uber scramble. We book the bus through our Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Diego, and Orange County partners and the pickup is timed to the show window.
- Party bus · Los Angeles — Hollywood, WeHo, DTLA, Beverly Hills
- Party bus · Las Vegas — Strip hotels and Downtown Fremont
- Party bus · San Diego — Gaslamp, Little Italy, PB, La Jolla
- Party bus · Orange County — Newport, Huntington, Laguna, PCH
Second entertainer (upgrade)
The duo and trio upgrades are the most popular on-the-day changes. Duo doubles the choreography and gives the bride two performers to interact with; trio adds a full three-performer routine and runs 45 minutes instead of 30. Pricing matches the main pricing page: $200 solo → $375 duo → $525 trio.
Photographer coordination
We do not supply photographers directly, but we have run enough bachelorettes to know which SoCal photographers handle the vibe well and which do not. Tell the coordinator you want one and we send three names in your city with sample work. The photographer books directly with you — we just make the introduction and align the arrival time so the surprise moment is captured.
Suite decoration setup
Balloons, bride-to-be banner, Mr. & Mrs. mugs, sash and tiara, a bachelorette playlist on a Bluetooth speaker, a photo backdrop for the group picture. We can arrange a 30-minute setup before guests arrive so the room is ready when the maid of honor walks in with the bride. Flat $195 for the standard decor kit at any LA, SD, OC, or Vegas address, more for custom themes.
Costume themes and swap
Every entertainment booking includes one themed costume at no extra cost — firefighter, officer, cowboy, military, construction, tactical, tuxedo, doctor, pizza-delivery. A mid-show costume swap (two outfits in the same booking) is $75 and works best with duo or trio. See the full costume list on our costumes page.
Multiple entertainers
Different from the duo/trio upgrade: this is two or three performers at different moments of the night. The firefighter arrives for the surprise, exits, and the cowboy arrives an hour later for the second act. Common at larger groups (12+) and bachelor-bachelorette joint events. Pricing is each show tier added individually with a 10% bundle discount.
Second-location transition
Our entertainer and coordinator stay with the group through a bus transfer to the final venue (nightclub, rooftop, dinner stop). This is not a performance extension — it is logistics coverage. We confirm the entry at the door, hand the group to the venue host, and leave. Flat $150 in LA, SD, OC; $200 in Vegas.
Why one coordinator matters
Every add-on above is run by the same person who runs your entertainment booking. One phone number through the whole night. If the bus is late, the bartender knows. If the bride is running behind, the entertainer knows. If a guest has an allergy, the shopping list already accounted for it. That is what single-coordinator service actually buys — not a feature on a page, a smoother night.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add things to a booking after I pay the deposit?
Yes. Add-ons can be added any time up to 72 hours before the event. We re-send the invoice with the add-on line item and the group pays the difference in cash on arrival or by card ahead of time. Nothing restarts and no new deposit is needed.
Which add-on do most groups pick?
A private bartender from La Barra Co. is the most common. The second most common is upgrading from solo to duo for the show, and the third is adding a party bus for the night. If the group is undecided we send a short checklist by text and the maid of honor picks.
Can we book just the add-ons without the entertainment?
A private bartender from La Barra Co. can be booked on its own — see labarraco.com. The other add-ons on this page are coordination services that attach to an entertainment booking.
