A realistic hour-by-hour itinerary for a Friday–Sunday Vegas bachelorette. Pool clubs, dinners, the Saturday pregame, and Sunday recovery brunch — with the exact venues, price bands, and how far ahead to book each one.

Vegas is the most-booked bachelorette city in the United States, and it's also the one where groups burn the most money because of over-planning, under-planning, or trying to do everything the same day. This is the itinerary we recommend to friends and to bachelorette groups who ask for a template they can adapt: three days, paced correctly, with the peaks in the right spots.

The plan below assumes a group of 6–12 women, a mid-Strip or Cosmopolitan-adjacent hotel, and a Friday afternoon arrival through Sunday afternoon departure. It's built around one big pool day, one big night out, and one signature pregame moment on Saturday evening — plus enough recovery time that the bride actually enjoys the trip.

Before You Fly: The 6-Week Countdown

Vegas rewards early planners and punishes procrastinators — table minimums at the best pool clubs and nightclubs sell out 3–4 weeks in advance for Saturday nights, and the good group dinners require a booking lead of at least 2 weeks. Here's what has to be locked before you land.

Friday: Arrival, Vibes, Low Effort

Friday afternoon — landing to check-in

1:00 PMLand at Harry Reid International. Uber or group SUV to the Strip (~15 min).
2:30 PMHotel check-in. Standard Strip check-in is 3 PM but with a group of 6+ and a polite ask, most hotels flex 30–60 minutes early.
3:30 PMGroup unpacks, the bride opens her welcome gift bag, group photo on the balcony or in-room mirror.
4:30 PMLight late lunch — quick service in-hotel (Eggslut at Cosmopolitan, District One at Palazzo, Momofuku at The Cosmopolitan). Budget $30–$45/person.

Friday evening — the easy-warm-up night

7:00 PMDinner: book a walk-friendly, group-photo-worthy spot. Best mid-price picks — Beauty & Essex at Cosmopolitan (Fri secret entrance), Mott 32 at The Venetian, or Herringbone at ARIA. $85–$125/person with one shared appetizer, entrée, and 2 drinks.
9:30 PMRooftop or lounge drinks: Skyfall Lounge at Delano (quieter), Chandelier Bar at Cosmopolitan (three levels, iconic), or NoMad Library at Park MGM. No cover, drinks $18–$22.
11:30 PMOptional: if the group has energy left, one show — Absinthe at Caesars, Magic Mike Live at Sahara, or Chippendales at Rio (tickets $80–$160). If not, back to the hotel — Saturday is going to be a long day.
1:00 AMIn-room hangout, cheese board from room service, in bed by 2 AM. This night is deliberately underused.

Why Friday is intentionally chill: most groups arrive tired from travel and blow their peak Friday night, then can't recover for Saturday. Ninety percent of bachelorettes we hear about in follow-up conversations regret front-loading Friday.

Saturday: The Main Event

Saturday morning — fuel and pool prep

9:30 AMBrunch: Bardot Brasserie at ARIA (bottomless mimosas $28), Mr. Lilikoi at Palazzo, or in-room ordering if the group wants a slow start. Budget $45–$65/person.
11:00 AMGroup changes into swimsuits, hydrates, matching cover-ups on. Bride wears the sash and veil.

Saturday afternoon — pool club

12:00 PMPool club arrival: arrive at open for the best cabana experience and to avoid the 2 PM crush. Top picks by day and vibe:
—Encore Beach Club (Wynn/Encore): highest energy, top-tier DJs, most expensive. Daybed $600–$1,200 Saturday. Best if the bride wants EDM and photo-op backdrops.
—Marquee Dayclub (Cosmopolitan): the classic. Two pools, best sound system, table min $2,000+ for a cabana Saturday. Groups of 8+ absorb this fine at $250–$300/person.
—Ayu Dayclub (Resorts World): newer, Asian-inflected design, slightly cheaper, huge — daybed $400–$800 Saturday.
—Elia Beach Club (Virgin): Mediterranean vibe, smaller, lower entry cost. Best if the group is 4–6 and wants photos, not a rave.
4:30 PMLeave pool, head back to hotel. This is non-negotiable — staying past 5 PM ruins the Saturday night.

Saturday evening — the pregame (this is the peak of the trip)

5:00 PMShower rotation, hair, makeup. Order in-room snacks — cheese board, wings, sparkling water.
6:30 PMGroup in outfits, drinks poured, music on. Bride wears her "final night out" look.
7:00–9:00 PMPrivate entertainment window: this is the moment groups look back on as the highlight. A private in-suite performance from HeatLine VIP fits neatly into a 45–75 minute window, followed by group photos and a quick outfit refresh. Booked in advance for guaranteed timing. See the Las Vegas booking page for time slots and packages.
9:15 PMGroup Uber to dinner. Dinner order: Carbone at ARIA (spicy rigatoni is the group photo), Catch at ARIA (rooftop views), or Cathédrale at ARIA (multi-course, group table). Budget $150–$220/person including bottle of prosecco.

Saturday night — going out

11:30 PMNightclub: arrive with the group photo already done. Top picks: XS at Encore (weekend DJs, biggest room), Omnia at Caesars (three floors, chandelier drop), Zouk at Resorts World (best sound), Marquee Nightclub at Cosmopolitan (walking distance, high ceilings), Tao at Venetian (older vibe, easier entry).
—Group entry via table reservation is far easier than the general-admission line. Table minimums Saturday: XS $3,000+; Omnia $3,500+; Zouk $2,500+; Marquee $2,500+; Tao $2,000+. Split among 8–10 guests = ~$250–$350/person.
2:30 AMLeave when the group is still having fun. Post-club food — Peppermill (24-hr), In-N-Out on Dean Martin, or the hotel late-night café.
3:30 AMIn bed. Sunday morning starts in 5 hours.

Sunday: Recovery, Then Home

Sunday morning

9:00 AMHydration in the room. Everyone survives.
10:30 AMRecovery brunch: Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars (endless mimosas $19 add-on, the Vegas classic — $65 Sunday), Wicked Spoon at Cosmopolitan (smaller, better plating — $55), or Mon Ami Gabi (French, patio views of Bellagio Fountain — $50/person).
12:30 PMBellagio Fountain photo, quick walk-through of the Bellagio Conservatory (free, always changing), stop at CVS for airport snacks.

Sunday afternoon

2:00 PMCheck out. Bag storage at concierge for late flights.
3:00 PMOptional: last cocktail at the airport bar in the Delta terminal.
4:30 PMFlight home. Group text chain of the weekend's best photos starts on the plane.

Budget Snapshot for a Group of 8

Realistic per-person cost for this 3-day itinerary, mid-Strip stay, split evenly among 8 guests (bride's share often covered by the group):

Per-person total: ~$1,385–$2,076 plus flight. The full breakdown by group size (6, 10, 15) is in our Vegas bachelorette cost breakdown.

Adjustments by Group Type

If the group is 4–5 women (small)

Skip the cabana — pay for daybeds instead ($200–$400 total). Book a suite instead of separate rooms; a Cosmopolitan Terrace Suite sleeps 4 comfortably. Consider swapping the nightclub table for general admission + a $40 cover each — for 4 people, table minimums don't split well.

If the group is 12–15 women (large)

An Airbnb wins. See our Airbnb vs hotel for Vegas bachelorette guide. A 5-bedroom Summerlin party house at $1,200/night beats 6 hotel rooms on cost and gives you a proper pregame space.

If the bride prefers day-drinking over nightlife

Swap the nightclub for a second dayclub day. Sunday afternoon at Wet Republic or Drai's Beach Club before flights lets a group who peaked Saturday keep it going without another 2 AM.

If the bride doesn't drink

Move the anchor moment earlier. Do the private pregame at 6 PM, dinner at 8 PM, then a Cirque show (O at Bellagio, Michael Jackson ONE at Mandalay Bay) instead of the club. The pool cabana stays; most cabana bottle service is optional.

Where the Private Pregame Fits

The 7–9 PM Saturday window is intentionally chosen. It's after the pool wind-down and before dinner. The group is showered, dressed, has energy back from a shower and snacks, and hasn't started drinking heavily yet — which means everyone is present for the peak moment and remembers it clearly the next day.

We deliver private in-suite performances to every Strip hotel, Summerlin/Henderson Airbnbs, and off-Strip properties. Timing is flexible; the 7–9 PM slot is the most-booked. Solo $200, duo $375, trio $525 for a full-length performance. See the pricing page or text (213) 726-4627 to hold a time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should we book everything?

Six weeks out is the ideal lead time. Anything shorter and you'll pay premium prices for the best cabanas and dinners, or miss Carbone entirely.

Can we do the private pregame in a standard hotel room?

Yes, but a suite is meaningfully better. The performance needs open floor space — a Cosmopolitan Terrace Suite, MGM Skyline Terrace, or Encore Tower Suite all fit a group of 8–10 with the performer working the room.

Do pool clubs allow bachelorette sashes and veils?

Yes at every dayclub. Bring the sash; most bartenders will send a complimentary shot for the bride if they see it.

Is Uber or a private SUV better for the group?

For 6+ women in matching outfits with heels and bags, a private SUV or party bus for the dinner-to-club leg is worth the ~$180 vs a series of stressful Ubers. Book through Turo, EmpireCLS, or your hotel concierge.

What if the flight home is Monday morning?

Add a Sunday afternoon spa hour (Qua Baths at Caesars, Sahra Spa at Cosmopolitan — day passes $50–$85) and push the Sunday brunch to 12 PM. Monday morning flight is easier than a Sunday afternoon rush.

The template above is the version we recommend when the maid of honor asks for a starting point. Copy it, adjust for your group's budget and energy, and lock the reservations six weeks out. When you're ready to add the Saturday pregame, text (213) 726-4627 or visit the Las Vegas booking page.
